Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods are available?
These are our shipping methods:
- Flat Rate (3-4 business days after fulfillment).
- Free Shipping on orders of $65 or more (3-4 business days after fulfillment).
Note that fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.
Keep in mind that shipping times are estimated, as they also depend on factors that may not be under our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only selling to customers in the United States (US).
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
Why can't I see my tracking info?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If the tracking information does not state that the order was delivered, and all your shipping information was correct and complete, we'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payments: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Shop, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I make shopping online safer?
It is very important to keep in mind that you should never buy anything online using your credit card from a site that doesn't have SSL (secure sockets laver) encryption installed. You can identify SSL Sites because they start with https instead of just http. Depending on your browser, they may also have a lock icon in the address bar at the top left of your browser window) or in the status bar.
Returns
Is it possible to return an item?
Of course! if an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
What if I just changed my mind about an item that is not damaged or defective?
Our products are made by order, so we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect, it would have to be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
How accurate are the colors and sizes shown in the website?
We do our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that colors and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product. We take great care to upload accurate images, but please note that customer settings and screens can vary, potentially causing differences in color and details for the same image.
